Tech Robotics implements new strategy to build Drone Armament Center
Tech Robotics is acquiring the remaining 67% of Niewiadów Warhead Systems, bringing its ownership to 100%. The deal consolidates its capabilities in developing, marketing, and integrating warheads and supports its 2026–2031 strategy, including plans to build a Drone Arming Center.
Under the operating model, Niewiadów Warhead Systems will handle licensed commercial activities, while ZSP Niewiadów provides manufacturing capacity. Tech Robotics says full ownership will streamline certification and allow it to bid independently for defense and commercial contracts.
The center is intended to configure, integrate, and test unmanned platforms for operational and combat uses. Its development is also supported by a PLN 15.5 mln loan for acquiring business assets and property.
