Tenants Stay at Diuna

The Diuna office complex in Warsaw's Służewiec district, managed by Syrena Real Estate, has seen lease renewals from long-term tenants Colgate-Palmolive Services Poland and LUX MED, signaling its continued appeal as a top-tier business center. LUX MED, a leading provider of private medical services in Poland, has not only renewed its lease for its 880 sq. m Medical Centre but also expanded its operations by opening the Harmonia Mental Health Clinic, which occupies an additional 270 sq. m. The clinic responds to growing demand for mental health services, offering consultations with psychiatrists and psychologists, therapy sessions, and psychological diagnoses for conditions like autism and ADHD.
Colgate-Palmolive Services Poland, which has been a tenant since 2008, also extended its lease. The company's shared services center, located at 7 Taśmowa Street, is part of the global giant known for its products in oral care, personal care, hygiene, cosmetics, and pet nutrition.
Ewa Lubańska, Leasing Director at Syrena Real Estate, highlighted that the lease extensions by both companies underscore Diuna’s reputation as a premier business hub and reflect shared values of innovation, health, and social responsibility. The establishment of the Harmonia Mental Health Clinic within the complex is particularly noteworthy as it emphasizes the importance of mental well-being.
Diuna, formerly Marynarska Business Park, has undergone significant upgrades, including the revitalization of external areas and the redevelopment of entrance lobbies. A 6,000 sq. m concrete car park was transformed into a public park with trees, shrubs, a stream, and an educational pavilion. The complex, with 46,000 sq. m of usable space and 1,200 parking spots, houses various prominent companies, including Accord, Eurocash, Ford, and JDE Peet’s.
