Tenants to invest more in new office technologies – CBRE

As many as 70% of companies plan to invest more in new office technologies within the next three years, according to CBRE’s “EMEA Occupier Survey 2019” report. This marks an increase by eight percentage points compared to last year. The study also reveals that 83% of companies expect artificial intelligence and automation to gain in significance in the workplace. The percentage of tenants that take new office technologies into consideration while leasing office space has increased from 16% to 30% since last year.
