ROBYG Group put on sale the fourth stage of Royal Residence in Warsaw's Wilanów district. The project has a legally binding building permit. There are 146 apartments on offer, from 1 to 5 rooms, with floor areas ranging from 26-137 sqm, terraces of up to 100 sqm, or gardens of up to 130 sqm. The estate will have photovoltaic panels, LED lighting, and attractive green areas. The estate will be fenced with security, protection, and monitoring. Between the buildings, there will be a green zone full of lush, diverse vegetation composed, among others, of a flower meadow – so important, especially today, for the ecological harmony and biodiversity. There will also be a playground for children, an indoor fitness zone with a sauna, and relaxation areas for adults. Walking and cycling paths and elements of small architecture will complete the whole.

The estate is picturesquely located in a beautiful part of Wilanów. Nearly 1,200 units will be built, surrounded by green parkland with accompanying service areas and a shopping arcade. All apartments will be equipped with a Smart House by Keemple.

Our goal is to have 20,000 apartments for rent by the end of 2027, and in parallel, we plan to continue selling apartments at the level of 2,500 apartments per year. Certainly, the government's actions supporting future borrowers will be essential – not only in terms of its contribution. It is worth developing a broader package addressed to people who would like to take out a loan," Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG Group, said.
