The number of major Polish e-commerce Allegro website and mobile application users decreased in August to 21.91 million from 22.08 million in July this year, according to Mediapanel Gemius Polska data At the same time, the number of Shopee users increased to 10.18 million from 9.87 million in July.

Singapore-based shopping platform Shopee made its debut on the Polish market in September 2021. The company has gained popularity through advertising campaigns, and nowadays, there are about 53,000 sellers from Poland. Most buyers come from Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław, but the number of orders from small towns is also growing.
