Year by year, the number of premium properties in Poland is increasing, and the entire market is gaining in value. Compared to Western Europe, we are somewhat behind, which is partly because the market was established relatively recently and the term 'premium' about residential investment was often overused and lost its significance.
"The premium real estate market is developing very well in Poland, gaining value year by year, and new projects are emerging that qualitatively build this market and raise its standard. Therefore, I look very positively at the future of this segment, despite various turbulences that we are currently experiencing in the world," Rafał Kula, president and co-founder of NOHO Investment, said.
“High-standard properties are not just about a good location or a nice facade. It must meet some conditions simultaneously," he added.
