The real estate market stabilizes with fewer offers and deals

The real estate market has been stabilizing since the middle of last year, according to the real estate portal Nieruchomosci-online.pl. In 2023, the number of transactions and offers primarily on the primary market will be significantly smaller than in the record 2021. However, this will not necessarily cause significant price cuts, the portal says.
The Inpon index, which measures the mood of real estate agents, fell in the fourth quarter of 2022 by 0.6 points: from 47.17 to 46.60 points. “The market adapts to a new reality, in which less transactions are carried out, and the time to find a buyer is extended,” Nieruchomosci-online.pl analyst Alicja Palińska said.
