Construction of the Skyliner II office building in Warsaw is progressing, with WARBUD S.A. completing the underground work after a year of intensive efforts. The five-story underground structure, built using a top-down method, includes diaphragm walls reaching 33 meters deep and a foundation slab up to five meters thick. Work has now shifted to level zero, where the three-story podium connecting Skyliner I and II is being constructed.

The podium, spanning 4,500 sq. m, will house retail and service spaces. The building, offering 24,000 sq. m of leasable space, will feature terrace gardens and be powered by renewable energy. Construction is expected to finish by 2026, with CBRE Poland handling commercialization.
