Three companies competing for chance at PLN 1 bln for data processing centers

The selection process for the general contractor of Poland’s Government Data Processing Centers is entering its final phase. NASK has invited three major companies—Warbud, Budimex, and Hochtief Polska—to submit bids, with pricing expected between August and September 2025. The project includes building three 2,000 m² data centers in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Leszno, and Tarczyn. The investment, valued at over PLN 1 billion (including PLN 830 million from the National Recovery Plan and EU funds), will serve government administration.

Contracts for design, legal, and technical services have already been awarded. The construction contract will be the largest part of the project. Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2025, following a signed agreement this autumn.
