Gdańsk-based developer Torus has held a topping-out ceremony on the construction site of its Altus Palace hotel project in Wrocław. The scheme, which was designed by the Archikon studio and will entail the renovation of the historic Leipziger Palace building, is scheduled to be completed towards the end of next year. The five-star Altus Palace hotel will be operated by Dobry Hotel and will offer 81 rooms. It will also house a restaurant, a small conference area and a small spa.
