More than half of the apartments in the first tower of Towarowa Towers have already found buyers, which shows how strong is the demand for high-quality, unique residential projects in the city center. The developer Asbud announces the start of sales of apartments in the second tower soon.

Asbud's project at Prosta Street – two twin 95-meter-high residential towers with a total of almost 600 premium apartments – perfectly fits into the existing developments. Although the construction started only a few months ago, more than half of the apartments in the first tower have already been sold. This shows that living in great quality projects and unique architecture is highly desirable. Soon the sale of apartments in the second tower will start, and in the next stage also low-rise apartment buildings which Asbud plans on this plot.

“Towarowa Towers is a unique investment on the market, both in terms of high-rise architecture and the structure of the apartments – a large choice of floor areas ranging from 29-146 sqm. Modern residential towers with numerous amenities in the very center of the city are still very rare projects in Poland,” Raied Tanous, CEO of Asbud Group, said.
