AFI, Echo Investment, and Archicom Collection, the investors behind the Towarowa22 project, have obtained a building permit for a 150-meter office tower near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. The 40-story AFI Tower, featuring a 150-meter tower and an 85-meter podium, is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2028. Located on the site of a former printing house in Wola, Towarowa22 follows the superblock concept, integrating mixed-use buildings, public spaces, and calm-traffic streets across eight urban blocks.

AFI holds 70% and Echo 30% of the project. Developers highlight the tower as a milestone, aiming to set new workplace standards and replicate the success of neighboring Office House.
