TPA Poland expands office in Wola Center
Hines, one of the most respected and innovative global real estate investment firms with a pioneering commitment to sustainability, has extended its leasing agreement with TPA Poland, a long-term tenant of the Wola Center, with revised conditions.
TPA, one of the leading consulting companies in Poland, will lease an additional 700 sq m in the office building in the Wola district, to consolidate its two Warsaw offices.
The expanded headquarters will occupy a total of approximately 2,400 sq m on the fifth and sixth floors.
