TPL Logistic has expanded its presence at P3 Błonie Park near Warsaw, by leasing nearly 3,700 sqm of warehouse and office space from the developer and owner of European high-quality industrial real estate. This addition increases their total occupied space in the park to 5,000 sqm across two warehouses.

P3 Błonie is strategically located 27 km west of Warsaw, at the intersection of national road No. 92 and the A2 freeway, which is part of the European transit route E30. The prime location where the P3 park is based attracts ambitious, long-term tenants with nationwide operations. It comprises 15 buildings and includes a data center and cold storage facilities, as well as typical warehouse space.
