Two more resignations from Orlen board after Obajtek dismissal

Patrycja Klarecka and Armen Artwich resigned from their positions as members of the Management Board of Orlen as of February 5, 2024, as announced by the company. Klarecka was responsible for digital transformation since June 24, 2018, while Artwich oversaw corporate affairs since September 1, 2018. Last week, the Orlen Supervisory Board, upon reviewing a letter from CEO Daniel Obajtek, recalled him effective February 5, 2024, and Michał Róg, in charge of trade and logistics, also resigned from the board.
Orlen manages refineries in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania, with operations in retail, extraction, energy production including renewables, and natural gas distribution.
