Two more companies have leased space at Diuna, a modernized office complex in Warsaw managed by Syrena Real Estate and PineBridge Benson Elliot. Intrum, a debt management industry leader, leased 370 sqm, while Carrier Chłodnictwo, a provider of high-capacity refrigeration systems, leased 500 sqm and relocated from Konstruktorska Business Centre. Additionally, WDX, which specializes in internal logistics, has extended its lease for nearly 500 sqm.

Diuna has been revitalized with updated external areas, upgraded entrance lobbies, and the transformation of a 6,000 sqm concrete car park into a public park. The complex features modern amenities, such as co-working spaces, a conference center, a bicycle zone, and improved energy efficiency measures that reduced carbon emissions by 827 tonnes in 2023. Diuna is certified by BREEAM In-Use, Well HSR, and WiredScore as Silver.
