The unemployment rate in July was 5.2 percent against 5.3 percent in June, said Bożena Borys-Szopa, the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy. Economists surveyed by PAP Biznes expected that the unemployment rate to remain unchanged.
“We hope that this good trend in the labor market will continue in August. August is the month in which seasonal work is still going on. This month we will also close on such a low, positive result,” Bożena Borys-Szopa hopes.
