Unibep has contract for PLN 29.4 mln for residential investment
Unibep has signed a contract worth approximately PLN 28.4 million net for a residential development project. The project involves repurposing the first floor for residential use, renovating the existing residential and service areas, and upgrading the surrounding infrastructure and land.
The nine-story building will include 46 residential units, one commercial unit, and 40 parking spaces. The project is set to be completed within 24 months from the handover of the construction site, expected by February 10, 2025.
