Unibep: Unidevelopment sold 50 units in Q1 2025
In Q1 2025, Unidevelopment (part of the Unibep Group) sold 50 residential units and handed over 58, recognizing them in its financial results. The company also had 14 reservation agreements at the end of the period. Unidevelopment began unit handovers in the Sadyba Spot project in Warsaw’s Mokotów district and started construction and sales for phase two of the Kusocińskiego project in Gdańsk. In 2025, it plans to start handovers in two more projects and launch three new residential investments. The Unibep Group operates in residential, industrial, public utility, sports, and modular construction across Poland, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe, generating consolidated sales revenue of PLN 2.43 billion in 2023.
