Unibep wins contract worth PLN 235.4 mln net with Military Property Agency
Unibep has signed a PLN 235.4 million (net) contract with the Military Property Agency for the “Koszarowce + Canteen” project, which includes three barracks buildings accommodating 1,200 soldiers and a canteen for up to 1,428 people. The project will begin in Q1 2025 and is expected to be completed by Q4 2027.
Unibep operates in residential, industrial, public, sports, and modular construction across Poland, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) since 2008. In 2023, its consolidated sales revenue reached PLN 2.43 billion.
