Unidevelopment launches new Warsaw scheme
Developer Unidevelopment, part of the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed Unibep construction group, has launched work on its Osiedle Coopera residential project located in the Bemowo district of the Polish capital. The scheme, which will be built in four phases, will comprise a total of approximately 470 apartments in 15 three-story buildings. The first phase of the development, offering 100 housing units, is scheduled to be completed in the final quarter of next year.
