In Chrzanów (Warsaw), which belongs to Bemowo, the Cooper’s Estate is being built by Unidevelopment – a complex of 15 four-storey buildings. Earlier, in the two previous stages, Unidevelopment introduced 227 apartments to its offer, the vast majority of which found their buyers. Currently, the developer has launched the sale of the first part of the third stage of the investment, which includes apartments in three cozy buildings.
“As part of the first part of the third stage of the estate, we offer 89 new apartments with a varied layout of rooms and areas ranging from 42-92 sqm. This means that both singles and large families will find their dream apartment here,” Barbara Kunicka, Sales and Marketing Director of Unidevelopment, said.
Between the buildings there are as many as six recreational zones for people of all age groups. Among them are: "aviation" playground, sports grounds, fruit orchard, and a picnic square and clearing. The whole is complemented by elements of small architecture referring to the character of the estate: benches and bicycle stands. Large gardens, with an area of up to 160 m2, which will belong to the premises on the first floor, allow nature to enter the apartments.
The owners of the first stage apartments will receive the keys this fall, and the second stage in the first quarter of next year. Completion of the first part of the third stage of the investment is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021. Apartment prices start from PLN 8,900 per sqm.
