Universities want to establish Interuniversity Space Ecosystem Center
Five Polish universities have signed a letter of intent to establish an Inter-University Space Ecosystem Center. The initiative will combine expertise in engineering, economics, medicine, health and sports to support Poland’s participation in research projects and future space missions. The founding institutions include the Warsaw University of Physical Education, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Lodz University of Technology, Jagiellonian University and AGH University of Krakow.
They plan to conduct joint research, develop commercial applications and create education programs tailored to the space industry’s needs. The center will also cooperate with businesses and public institutions. Its broader goal is to strengthen Poland’s position in Europe’s growing space sector.
