US President suggests postponing presidential election for security reasons
The presidential election should be postponed until citizens can safely and correctly vote, according to a Twitter post by US President Donald Trump.
"Thanks to popular postal voting, 2020 election will be the most inaccurate and false election ever. It will be a great shame for the US. Let's delay the elections until people can vote correctly, safely and safely ???," wrote Trump on Twitter.
"Voting by mail already turns out to be a total disaster. Democrats talk about foreign influence on the vote, but they know that voting by mail is an easy way for foreign countries to take part in the race," the US President said in a previous post.
Following Trump's suggestion, the dollar depreciates by 0.14 percent against the basket of currencies to 93.33 points.
