Vistal Gdynia signs conditional property sale agreement for PLN 6.27 mln
Steel construction company Vistal Gdynia has concluded a preliminary conditional agreement for the sale of real estate in Gdynia, the company said. The parties agreed on the sale price for PLN 6.27million gross.
The parties undertook to conclude a promised contract provided that the meeting of shareholders of Operator ARP adopts a resolution on consent to purchase the property in question by April 25, 2020, it is also provided.
The promised agreement will be concluded within 30 days from the date of receipt by the company of the final decision of the minister competent for maritime affairs containing the consent to transfer the right of perpetual usufruct of the above land together with the ownership of the building, however not later than by 25 June 2020.
