Walter Herz becomes sole agent of CUBE Office Park in Gdańsk
TFG Asset Management, a company providing services to the owner of the building - GNT Ventures Gdańsk, has chosen Walter Herz as the sole agent for the lease of space in the CUBE Office Park complex, located at Pałubickiego Street in Gdansk. This is another project acquired exclusively by the Tri-City branch of Walter Herz, which has been operating since February 2023, under the management of Jarosław Zdzitowiecki. The cooperation includes the commercialization of office buildings offering a total leasable area of over 19,700 sqm.
CUBE Office Park is an office complex consisting of three five-story buildings with reception desks and fast and silent elevators, offering class-A space, which was built in 2013-2014.
