Warehouse developer Hillwood Polska has acquired two fully leased logistics parks in Tychy and Bieruń from Deka Immobilien for approximately EUR 100 million, making it one of the largest warehouse real estate transactions in Poland in recent years. The purchase increases Hillwood’s Polish industrial and logistics portfolio to nearly 2 million sq m, strengthening its position as a key market player. The acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding through selective purchases of strategically located, fully occupied facilities.

Industrial Park Bieruń offers around 56,000 sq m within a Special Economic Zone, while Industrial Park Tychy provides nearly 97,000 sq m across seven leased halls. Advisory support was provided by Colliers and Clifford Chance.
