The Warsaw Marriott Hotel, a landmark in the city center, is no longer part of the Marriott Bonvoy Group’s portfolio due to a legal dispute with the building's owners, LIM Center. The five-star hotel, which opened in 1989 as Marriott's first in Central and Eastern Europe, will now operate under a different name.

Marriott Bonvoy expressed its commitment to a smooth transition for guests and staff, stating, “Managing the Warsaw Marriott Hotel for over 30 years has been a privilege.” Despite this change, Marriott remains dedicated to Poland, with 23 existing hotels and plans for 10 more in the near future.
