Warsaw to buy 130 electric Solaris
Municipal Bus Companies (MZA) in Warsaw bought 130 articulated Solaris electric buses for nearly PLN 400 million. This is the largest contract for zero-emission buses in Europe so far.
The delivery of all vehicles to the capital of Poland will take place in 2020. Fast charging stations - with a capacity of over 400 kW - will be located at various points of the city. The construction of infrastructure is subject to a separate tender procedure.
