Warsaw Trade Tower achieves BREEAM Outstanding

Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT) has earned the prestigious BREEAM Outstanding certification with a score of 90.7%, placing it third in the global rankings. The skyscraper achieved top marks in Resources and Resilience and over 90% in Well-being and Transport. Modernization efforts focusing on sustainability and advanced technologies have reduced energy consumption and operational costs while enhancing work environments.

The tower, powered by renewable energy, uses AI-driven systems for energy efficiency. Amenities include a bike-friendly infrastructure, meditation and childcare rooms, and green relaxation zones. Built over 25 years ago, WTT offers 46,000 sqm of rental space and 450 parking spots.
