Nearly 285,000 sqm of office space was leased in Warsaw in the third quarter of this year, which is the best quarterly result to have been recorded in the market’s history, according to the latest report by Savills. In the first nine months of 2019, a total of almost 690,000 sqm was taken up in the city, an all-time high for the Q1-Q3 period, the study said. The average office vacancy rate in Warsaw decreased to 8.2% at the end of September and is expected to see further compression later this year.
