Lease agreements covering 4,500 square meters have been completed at Warsaw’s Diuna office complex, lifting occupancy to 93 percent. Astana Motors Poland, the official importer and distributor of Great Wall Motor vehicles in Poland, has leased 500 square meters, while an international security organization expanded by 3,700 square meters. Astana Motors was represented by Knight Frank in its lease transaction.
JDE Services renewed its lease and added 300 square meters, bringing its total space at the complex to 1,200 square meters. Diuna, owned by Syrena Real Estate and formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, offers 46,000 square meters of space and 1,200 parking spaces in Służewiec. A modernization completed in 2024 upgraded common areas and outdoor spaces and replaced a former parking area with a publicly accessible park. Syrena said occupancy was about 40 percent when it acquired the property.
