Benefit Systems saw major exits: Benefit Invest 1 offloaded its entire 13.85% stake at PLN 3,000 per share, below market value, and board member Emilia Rogalewicz sold 1,500 shares at PLN 3,420. Meanwhile, Astarta CEO Wiktor Iwanczyk acquired 7.8k shares. In Dadelo, a foundation linked to CEO Ryszard Zawieruszyński bought nearly 100k shares for over PLN 3 million. Biomaximum’s president Łukasz Urban increased his stake slightly. Echo Investment’s Bence Sass bought 25k shares. At Fabryty Holding, board member Paweł Wujec sold 8.5k shares. Developer's Locum saw purchases by a foundation linked to its CEO. Wawel’s Laura Opferkuch sold 168 shares. Finally, MP Inwestors cut its stake in Wielton from 33.44% to 20.09%, selling 10.58 million shares at PLN 5.75 each.
