White Star expands Forum Gliwice mandate
White Star Real Estate is expanding its mandate at Forum Gliwice, taking over full management of the shopping center for owner Deka Immobilien. White Star previously handled commercialization and, from September, will also be responsible for property management, marketing and project management. Forum Gliwice provides nearly 43,000 square meters of gross leasable area, more than 120 stores, a 13-screen Cinema City multiplex and underground parking with 970 spaces.
The center is more than 97% leased. White Star will manage the tenant mix and marketing while supporting development. One of its first planned projects is a new food and dining area. Forum Gliwice is the latest Deka Immobilien asset entrusted to White Star Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe. The appointment lifts White Star’s managed area across the region to more than 2.4 million square meters, according to Eurobuild CEE.
