White Stone completes Warsaw office project
Developer White Stone has obtained an occupancy permit for its Celebro office project in Warsaw. The scheme is located in the city’s Włochy district and offers more than 7,000 sqm of leasable space. The development has already attracted the first tenant – beauty company Avon has leased around 4,500 sqm across four floors and will start moving there in September. White Stone has to date delivered 78,000 sqm of office area in Poland. The company has also completed over 2,000 apartments in the country.
