Wojciech Modest Amaro to cook in Zakopane
Wojciech Modest Amaro, winner of the first Michelin star in Poland, will open his original restaurant ‘Heart by Amaro’ in Zakopane. This is a joint project of the most successful Polish chef and the Nosalowy Group from Zakopane, which is being created in the new, five-star Nosalowy Park Hotel & SPA in Zakopane. The opening of the hotel and restaurant is planned for the winter season 2019/2020.
The concept of the restaurant, like the Nosalowy Park hotel, will refer to tradition in a modern way and will be a unique project on the Zakopane culinary scene, as well as extremely innovative on a Polish scale.
“The opportunity to co-create this project is a great distinction for us, but also a challenge. We are pleased that together with Mr. Wojciech Modest Amaro and his wife Agnieszka we can create a completely new concept on the Polish gastronomy market,” Wiktor Wróbel, president of the board of Nosalowy Dwór, said.
