The Women on Boards Club is proud to announce the Women Leaders III Conference, taking place on November 19, 2025, at Hotel Barcelo Powiśle in Warsaw. The conference will open with a welcome from Senator Adam Szejnfeld, Honorary Ambassador of the Women on Boards Club. Topics include the implementation and effectiveness of the Women on Boards directive, designing organizational environments that support women in leadership, and the evolving paradigms of leadership shaped by diversity and inclusion.

The Women on Boards Club is a unique nationwide initiative within the Polish business community, dedicated to supporting and empowering women in executive and board positions across complex corporate structures.
