Women on Boards announce Women Leaders III Conference
The Women on Boards Club is proud to announce the Women Leaders III Conference, taking place on November 19, 2025, at Hotel Barcelo Powiśle in Warsaw. This flagship event brings together women leading the largest public and private enterprises in Poland to share insights, discuss best practices, and inspire change in corporate leadership.
The conference will open with a welcome from Senator Adam Szejnfeld, Honorary Ambassador of the Women on Boards Club. The program will feature a series of expert panels and keynote presentations exploring the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities for women in executive roles. Topics include the implementation and effectiveness of the Women on Boards directive, designing organizational environments that support women in leadership, and the evolving paradigms of leadership shaped by diversity and inclusion.
Panel discussions will feature prominent figures from both the public and private sectors, including senators, corporate executives, and members of supervisory boards from leading financial, energy, and technology organizations. Attendees will gain insights into how legislation translates into practice, strategies for fostering gender-inclusive corporate cultures, and the ways diversity is redefining success at the executive level.
