Savills’ report on Wrocław’s office market for H1 2024 reveals a stable environment despite challenges like falling demand and rising vacancy rates. As of June 2024, Wrocław had 1.37 million sq m of modern office space, with 36% located in the city center. New office supply dropped by 1% year-on-year, adding 32.4 thousand sq m through two projects. Vacancy rates reached 18.2%, with the city center facing the highest at 25.8%. Demand decreased by 43%, with the IT and manufacturing sectors leading. Despite this, Wrocław recorded the highest net absorption among regional cities at 27.5 thousand sq m.
