Wrocław’s Starter III micro apartments almost ready
Investor Dolnośląskie Inwestycje is now finishing construction work on its Starter III micro apartment project in downtown Wrocław. The scheme, which was designed by the AP Szczepaniak architectural studio, comprises 255 units. Most of them are sized from 16 sqm to 35 sqm, but the development also includes a number of larger apartments ranging in size from 51 sqm to 69 sqm. The Starter I and Starter II investments were completed in 2013 and 2017 respectively.
