XXI International MBA Congress

May 30 – June 01, 2025
The XXI International MBA Congress, organized by the Krakow School of Business KUE, gathered over 200 professionals from business, academia, and administration to explore the topic of generational diversity in the workplace. Under the theme “Harm or Harmony? Managing Generational Diversity,” the Congress featured keynote speeches, expert panels, interactive roundtables, and practical workshops. Highlights included an inspiring talk by entrepreneur and rally driver Rafał Sonik, who emphasized values-based leadership, and three dynamic discussions on overcoming generational biases and fostering inclusive communication.
The Congress also hosted a Charity Auction at yearly Gala Dinner, raising over PLN 61,000 for children affected by road accidents and for mental health support for medical staff. The second day offered nine expert-led workshops on leadership, communication, and managing intergenerational teams.
The event concluded with a family picnic and HSBC Open golf tournament, promoting networking in an informal setting. The MBA Congress showcased how embracing generational diversity can drive innovation and organizational growth.
