Finnish developer YIT has bought a plot of land in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, on which it will build a residential project comprising almost 300 apartments. Construction work on the planned scheme, which will be called Nordic Sadyba, is scheduled to launch in Q4 2019. YIT entered Poland over three years ago and is currently working on four other housing developments in the Polish capital. The company is also planning a major co-living investment in Warsaw’s Mokotów.
