Finnish developer YIT has bought a plot of land in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, on which it plans a residential project with 129 apartments and two commercial units. Called Dom Mehoffera, the scheme will feature 13 floors and has already got a building permit. The company will soon start the process of selecting a general contractor for the development, which is scheduled to get under construction later this year. YIT, which entered the Polish market over four years ago, is currently working on several other housing investments in the Polish capital. The company has recently acquired land for its first residential project in Gdańsk.
