Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels is pursuing an ambitious transformation of the 1970s “Złoty Kłos” holiday and sanatorium complex in Świnoujście into a modern hotel. Rather than demolish it, the company is opting for a challenging modernization to preserve history and reduce environmental impact. Co-founders Jan and Szymon Wróblewski emphasize their commitment to ESG goals, noting that Zdrojowa generates its own green energy and plans to build a passive hotel, setting higher sustainability standards than many Western firms.

The group, with 15 properties—including Radisson, Hilton, and Royal Tulip—focuses mainly on developing its own brand. Jan Wróblewski also criticized foreign hotel chains in Poland for poor oversight and superficial partnerships.
