Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels has announced two new hotel projects, both designed to address niche demand in an already saturated resort market. One project involves transforming an old holiday and sanatorium complex into a boutique, adults-only lifestyle hotel with around 100 rooms, ESG-aligned and LGBTQ+ friendly. The second will be built in Świnoujście, combined with residential apartments, where apartment sales will partly finance the hotel. Both projects are in preparation and expected to open within five years.

Alongside hotels, Zdrojowa continues residential investments and expands into the energy sector, already launching photovoltaic farms. The company emphasizes diversification to counter high construction costs and intense competition in Poland’s real estate market.
