142,000 sqm of space delivered to the office market in Q1 2019 - JLL
In the first quarter, developers delivered 142,000 sqm of space to the office market, real estate agency JLL estimated.
The total volume of lease transactions in the first quarter of this year amounted to over 270,000 sqm.
According to JLL, nearly 1.6 million sqm of office space remain under construction. The average vacancy rate in Poland is 9.3 percent.
