Big Cheese Studio, a Polish gaming company founded in 2018, whose game Cooking Simulator and its add-ons have sold over 1 million copies around the world, debuted today at 9:00 in the Quotation Room of Warsaw Stock Exchange.
"The nineteenth company from the gaming industry successfully carried out the first issue of shares worth nearly PLN 28 million," Piotr Borowski, a member of the WSE management board, said.
The public offer for the sale of Big Cheese Studio series A and B shares included 135,000 new series B shares and over 662,000 existing series A shares. The sale price of the shares was set at PLN 35, and the value of the public offering was almost PLN 28 million, of which over PLN 4.7 million from the new issue and almost PLN 23.2 million from the sale of shares held by the existing shareholders.
The Issuer operates in the video game market, specializing in the production and publishing of computer games for PC platforms and consoles. Designed by a team of 30 people, Cooking Simulator, which premiered on June 6, 2019, turned out to be a hit.
