Arche, Poland’s largest independent hotel chain, plans a Warsaw Stock Exchange IPO in the first half of 2028 to finance expansion. It operates 26 properties and has 20 projects underway or in preparation, with planned investments totaling approximately PLN 3 bln. The company expects a 30–50% free float after issuing new shares and intends to pay dividends. CEO and majority owner Władysław Grochowski says stronger tourism prospects distinguish this attempt from abandoned pandemic-era listing plans.

Proposed restrictions on separately owned hotel rooms have also encouraged alternative financing. Arche expects a valuation premium, although an industry expert cautions that investor returns and agreement on valuation will determine the IPO’s success.
