Each year the CEEQA Short List recognizes the outstanding real estate projects, companies, deals and industry leaders of the past year across 11 qualifying markets in Central & Eastern Europe voted by a panel of industry leaders of the 2026 CEEQA Jury.

The short list presents 287 candidates for the awards for business excellence and achievement during the past year in 24 categories.

The eventual winners of the sector’s most trusted industry awards will be announced and presented at this year’s CEEQA Gala n 20 May at Wyscigi racecourse in Warsaw, the CEE real estate sector’s annual gathering of industry leaders and main industry awards. This year’s gala special guest is pop icon Natalie Imbruglia.
