307,000 people working in Poland’s business services sector – report

Employment in the business services sector in Poland has increased by 10 percent over the last year, to 307,000 people, according to “The sector of modern business services in Poland 2019” report prepared by the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), EY, Randstad Polska, Randstad Sourceright and JLL. The figure is set to grow to 336,000 in the first quarter of 2020, the study said. The authors of the report took into account those employed at BPO (outsourcing), SSC/GBS (shared services), IT and R&D (research and development) centers.
