According to a Bank Millennium survey, 61% of Poles plan a vacation this year—unchanged from 2024—while 18% remain undecided and 20% do not intend to travel. The average planned spending per person is PLN 4,161, up PLN 391 from last year. Half of respondents will vacation in Poland, while 39% plan trips abroad (up from 36% in 2024). Domestic travel remains popular, with 78% visiting another Polish location at least once annually.

International travel is less frequent, and 26% never travel abroad. Most foreign travelers go with family or partners. Cash exchanged in Poland and multi-currency cards are the preferred payment methods abroad. Only 12% save in foreign currencies, and 5% invest in them.
